About Me
Hi, my name is Teresa Tajuddin and I live in Windsor with my husband and two beautiful daughters. I have been a paediatric and neonatal nurse for the last 10 years. My passion has always been supporting families with feeding their newborn babies.
I know that having a newborn is NOT easy. The permanent exhaustion, pain, hormones,..etc and feeding can be extra stressful. My aim is to relieve this stress as much as possible.
Whether it’s your 1st or your 10th baby, we all need support sometimes. It may just be a little reassurance that what’s happening IS actually normal and nothing to worry about!
Parenting and feeding is so individual, and you can be easily confused by all the mixed messages out there. I want to empower mums to be able to find a way of feeding that both suits them and their baby.
Although my services are predominantly to support breastfeeding mums, I am absolutely non-judgemental and I'm happy to support any mum that is struggling, no matter how they are choosing to feed their baby.

Testimonials

I got in touch with Teresa when my second born was struggling to gain weight and seemed hungry and never content. Teresa immediately reassured me, she listened to what was going on, watched me feed and then gave some really simple practical advice that honestly helped over night. She gave me the confidence to keep breastfeeding and in myself. I would recommend in a heart beat. Thank you Teresa, Noah and I will always be forever grateful!!!!!

Teresa was an absolute god send, after the birth of my second baby she supported me throughout my breast feeding journey. She assisted pre-birth showing me how to express in preparation for baby arriving, and also once baby was here. She visited me at home and gave really informative advice, she helped with latching on and went through all the little things that HV/Midwives forget to tell you. She set my mind and nerves at ease and when I had a wobble she was there at the end of the phone for all the ‘silly’ questions I had!
Teresa is one of the friendliest and most professional health professionals I have met! She instantly put me at ease and was able to quash my worries and fears.
Teresa was also able to offer me advice about stopping breastfeeding a whole 20 months after starting.
I cannot thank her enough, the amazing bond I have with my daughter is all thanks to her, empowering me to feed my baby the way I wanted!
